FIRM'S FIRST ANNUAL SHORELINE
"DRESS FOR SUCCESS"
BUSINESS CLOTHING COLLECTION DRIVE
The drive was an astounding success! Our Firm would like to extend a huge and heartfelt thank you to the people in our communities for their generous response. We were amazed at the quantity and quality of the clothing we received. Many of the items were not only "nearly new" but BRAND NEW! They are guaranteed to help men and women from the shoreline area make the difficult transition back to life and the working world. These contributions will surely enable them to dress for success and present themselves with the confidence they will need.
The donations we received were given to The Connection, a non-profit human services agency founded in 1972 that serves more than 4,000 children and adults monthly at 30 residential and service centers in every part of Connecticut through supportive housing, behavioral health, community justice, and women and children's programs. The clothing donations will benefit men and women served in Old Saybrook, Middletown, New Haven, New London, and other local shoreline area communities. For more information about The Connection, please visit their website at www.theconnection.org.
