Attorney Allen's litigation practice concentrates in the areas of personal injury, liquor liability, and real estate. In addition to his litigation practice, Attorney Allen handles residential and commercial real estate transactions. He practices before state probate courts handling conservator, guardian and children's matters. He assists clients in starting their small businesses and in helping them to resolve their business law issues.
While at Quinnipiac University School of Law, Attorney Allen competed on the University Mock Trial team and was awarded for his distinguished academic achievement. He has taught courses on living wills and last will and testaments, and he is a mentor with the Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association for young attorneys.
